On a failure, the target becomes blinded until the end of your next turn and confused, vulnerable, and weakened (luck ends all). For 1 minute, whenever the target fails an attribute roll, it suffers from this effect again, as the alien vista swims across its vision once more.

After you cast this spell, make a Will roll with 3 banes. On a failure, you take 3d6 damage.
