A geyser of superheated water explodes from the center of the space. The steam and scalding water deals 4d6 damage to each creature in the target space. A creature makes a Strength roll. On a failure, it takes an extra 4d6 damage, and becomes vulnerable until the end of its next turn. The resulting steam spreads out to fill a Size 10 space centered on the target space and fills it with moderate obscurement that remains for 1 minute.
