Battle of Mice

Tradition: Alteration

Rank: Expert

Castings: 1

Duration: 1 hour

Each target, along with whatever they wear or carry, shrinks down until they become bipedal mice equipped with whatever they had before the spell took effect. Targets use their normal rules but count as harmless— no attacks, spells, or other effects can harm any creature or object larger than themselves.
