Neo New Orleans is the name of the corporate geodome city state operated by Anaheim Electronics floating in the Greater Gulf of America approximately where Old New Orleans was before rising sea levels made the area uninhabitable.

As a corporate city state, Anaheim Electronics has greater control over the city and some laws of the United Corporate States of America do not directly apply unless re-ratified by Anaheim.

The city is known for housing Anaheim Electronic's corporate headquarters in the arcologiceal megastructure known as “The Vault” to many locals. All local businesses are either subsidiaries of Anaheim Electronics or granted special charter by Anaheim Electronics. Their subsidiary, MIP handles all criminal justice within Neo New Orleans including its predictive crime unit.
