A bright green light blooms into existence in the target space. When a creature other than you starts its turn with line of sight to the light, the creature makes an Intellect roll; on a success, it becomes immune to this casting of the spell. On a failure, the creature becomes confused (luck ends). 

You can expend movement to reposition the light; the light moves 1 yard for each yard you expend. When you move the light, each creature confused by it immediately moves an equal distance to follow it.
