When you cast this spell, and again at the start of each of your turns, each enemy on the ground in the target space makes an Agility roll. On a failure, the enemy takes 4d6 damage and becomes held until the spell ends or until it overcomes the affliction with a successful Strength roll. If the creature is already prone or held, it takes an extra 2d6 damage for each of these afflictions that it has. After you cast the spell, make a Will roll. On a failure, you take 2d6 damage.
