You touch the target when you start the ritual and maintain contact until you finish. When the ritual ends, reduce your Health score by 3d6; this reduction is permanent.

The spell has no effect on creations, demons, faeries, fiends, spirits, or undead. Any other creature becomes a faerie and gains three cosmetic changes of your choice—these changes have no effect on the target’s rules. In addition, the target heals 10d6 damage and gains the following permanent benefits: * Gains the Keen Hearing and Keen Vision traits if it lacks them * Becomes immune to infection * Ignores the effects of aging and retains its present appearance until slain
