You perform a ritual over the fruit to imbue it with a potent curse. During the ritual, you prick your finger and spill a little blood on the target fruit, then decide the requirement to lift the curse—a kiss from a mortal with noble blood, the breath of an infant, or the tears of a maiden. You also can lift the curse at any time you are within 100 yards of the creature who consumed the target.

A creature that consumes the target fruit falls prone and becomes cursed. While cursed in this way, the creature remains asleep. The curse renders it immune to the effects of hunger and thirst, exposure, and the ravages of time. In addition, the creature ignores all other sources of harm.
