Tiny, invisible faeries spring into existence in the target space, where they chatter among themselves. The invisible faeries follow you around, staying in a space of your choice within 5 yards of you. Once per round, when you or a creature you can see within 5 yards makes a roll, you can compel the faeries to move to a space within 1 yard of that individual to either help or hinder them.
