A giggling swarm of atomies spills out from some hidden place to beset the target, then immediately vanishes. As a consequence, you move the target up to 2 yards, and the target makes a luck roll; on a failure, it falls prone and becomes weakened until the end of your next turn. While weakened in this way, the target’s attempts to stand up fail. If the target gets a critical failure on the roll, the faeries steal one ordinary object of your choice that it wears or carries, bringing it with them when they vanish. The stolen item disappears into whatever hidden realm the faeries came from.
